R&D Masonry, Inc. is a full service masonry contractor serving north-western Washington. We specialize in commercial and industrial construction, but also work in high-end residential and restoration.

We pride ourselves on handling Division 4 so you don’t have to. If you aren’t using R & D Masonry on all of your projects, we believe it's only because you haven’t used us on one.

Each of these bricks represent our previous projects. SAFETY

R & D Masonry’s employees are keenly aware of the importance of safety. We want all of our employees returning home to their families safe and sound. All of our tradesman carry at a minimum: OSHA 10 training, First Aid/CPR, Scaffold and Fall Protection. Our foreman are all OSHA 30 certified.

PRODUCTIVITY

R & D Masonry consistently meets or beats schedule. In fact, in our 20 years in business we have never failed to meet a schedule. How many subcontractors that you hire can say that?

Upon landing a contract, they can count on us to provide timely submission of submittals, RFIs and other paperwork. Our company consists of a dedicated group of union bricklayers, hod carriers and office personnel who are concerned with getting a job done both productively and professionally. Our crews will work hard from bid day to completion of the project to ensure that our work is both high quality and well above industry standards.
